Welcome to Born Astray. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Born Astray. We operate the online store at bornastray.us, including all related content, features, products, and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our Services. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

Born Astray sells premium Australian-made-in-spirit apparel, including hoodies, tees, and accessories, fulfilled via Printify. We do our best to represent our products accurately, but please be aware:

• Colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical product, depending on your device settings.

• Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at our sole discretion.

We do not warrant that the quality of any product will meet your expectations beyond what is described on our product pages. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Bornastray@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Born Astray reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

As our products are print-on-demand and fulfilled by Printify, orders enter production shortly after confirmation. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once production has begun.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout and arrange a full refund.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

All prices on bornastray.us are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges. Taxes (including GST where applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorised to use the payment method provided; and (iii) all charges incurred will be honoured by your financial institution.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Born Astray ships Australia-wide and internationally via Printify's fulfilment network. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once your order is dispatched, risk of loss passes to you. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with Printify to investigate and resolve the issue.

Standard estimated delivery times (from dispatch):

• Australia: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

These timeframes may vary during peak periods.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Born Astray website and store — including brand name, logo, taglines (including "Lost By Choice"), product designs, text, images, graphics, and layout — is owned by Born Astray or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of our content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our brand, designs, or content may constitute a violation of intellectual property law.

SECTION 7 — REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Our Refund and Returns Policy is governed by a separate policy document available at bornastray.us. As a print-on-demand brand, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Born Astray is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with Born Astray. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the products or transactions made through our store. By using our Services, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your transactions with Born Astray.
