Refund policy
At Born Astray, every product is made on demand — which means it's printed specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. We appreciate your understanding as a small, independent brand.
That said, we stand behind the quality of what we sell. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
What We Cover
We will offer a free replacement or full refund if your item arrives:
• Damaged or defective
• With a print quality issue (e.g. misprint, ink flaw, incorrect placement)
• Incorrectly sized compared to what was ordered
• Not what you ordered (wrong item, wrong colour)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of what happened

What We Don't Cover
• Change of mind or incorrect size selection
• Minor colour variations due to screen settings or print batch
• Damage caused after delivery
• Claims made more than 7 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we review your claim, we'll respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Replacement orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of approval.
Cancellations
Because orders enter production quickly, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. Contact us immediately at Bornastray@outlook.com if you need to cancel.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major fault, you have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair under ACL regardless of our policy above.
